When is a good time to commence?
- Preferably 2.5 months before Mid Autumn for mould creation and finalization for packaging, size, flavor.
- If custom mould is not needed using generic mould, 1.5 months prior.
- Usually we surrender the mooncake 2-3 weeks before the actual date to customer for pacakging & delivery into their custom box from principal side / follow customer schedule to ensure freshness and premium mooncake.
